Modify link syntax to handle mulitple Markdown links in the same line better.
Markdown+Links is an extended version of the default Drafts “Markdown” syntax, based on the original Markdown specification. This version also enabled click/tap-able Markdown links, so that in the markup [link](url), “link” becomes an active link to the “url”.
