Task: Make Actions Searchable

This is a corrective action provided by Drafts support for a few users who seem to have had issues with the automatic migration shipped in v42.1.

If requested by support, install this action and run it from the Drafts action list once. After running it, the action can be deleted.

This should restore the visibility of any actions that were not visible in the search.

Items available in the Drafts Directory are uploaded by community members. Use appropriate caution reviewing downloaded items before use.
