Description formatting update.

An extremely simple modification to the default Markdown Emphasis (_) option replacing _ with * and set to the default keyboard shortcut ⌘ + i.

The original description, modified accordingly:

Apply Markdown emphasis (*) to selection or insert * if no selection.
